A book that employers would enjoy I’m sure but for the average employee it feels like you’re listening to a man being passed over for promotions with lessons that are obvious but put there to gloss over the fact he gets screwed over by his company. Corporate drivel basically. If it happened in real life the protagonist would jump ship and increase his pay that way as that’s the only way up in modern times.
