Will Cannon and his brother, Joe are in Santa Fe, New Mexico and they meet their old rancher friend, Charlie. Charlie has invested his money in a silver mine and Will know this silver mine is a swindle. Will puts the law on the swindler and get's Charlie's money back but the swindler hires two cold blooded killers to kill Charlie and Will. The hired killers do kill Charlie and that sends Will on a mission to get justice for Charlie. The mission leads Will to Denver and then to San Francisco. He finds a large gang of outlaws in San Francisco and Will gets two young cowboys to help him fight Boss Gold.
