Summer Remains- So heartbreaking good

Oh my Gosh. This truly broke my heart. Sobbing so hard right now. It’s heartbreakingly beautiful. If only more found a love like this. This is a story that will remain with me and one I hope to share. Wipes tears, takes a breath and looks to the future with my loving husband, children and family.
