On a perilous journey from world to world, Lyra and Will uncover a deadly secret: an object of extraordinary and devastating power.

Not my first read but it was my first listen. I had worried an ensemble of voices would be off putting after listening to many solo voices books but it was great.

Gripping plot

Cast carried the slow story at times. However, third book is better paced and more interesting so don’t dnf if you’re reading the entire series.

Interesting Continuation
