When first beginning this series I was doubtful as to whether I would finish it. I’m delighted to say I’m now starting to be concerned that it isn’t a long series and will miss the characters and their stories.
Going back to a time when forensics didn’t do all the heavy lifting to solve cases, makes interesting listening.
The series might appeal more to the older generation, however younger audiences may find themselves enthralled by how people lived during wartime.
The narrator does an excellent job of keeping your interest piqued voicing the different characters.
I highly recommend this series and this book as a standalone listen
