Publisher's Summary

This is a book of four short stories about the Sparrow brothers, Aaron, and Adam. The boys were young when their father passed away from cancer, but before he passed, he informed a young 12-year-old Aaron of a secret mission passed down in their family. At this same point his father showed Aaron a large chest filled with historical secret information from Nazi Germany. This secret mission was code named Umschreiben, and is related to the mysterious Die Glock device. Aaron informed his younger brother Adam of this mission when he was old enough. Both boys followed military and political careers to help them prepare for their mission and help them track down the modern day version of this mysterious device.

In "The Gold Train", Aaron Sparrow seeks the rumored Nazi train filled with gold and other valuable items.

In "The Lost Sub", Adam Sparrow finds himself caught in a catch 22 as a new Russian nuclear submarine is stolen by an adversary of the United States.

In "The China Sea Incident", both Aaron and Adam have to work to stop the kidnaping of the American Vice President.

In "The Ice Fortress", Aaron Sparrow sets off to find a Nazi base rumored to contain secret weapons from WWII.
