Not disappointed
The long wait was worth the listen Jeff Harding is my favourite Narrator bring him n the next book and hope it’s set around the same time period

Not quite there
Not quite as good as previous books. A little lacklustre.

Ok but nothing special.
This story jumps back to Reacher’s younger days still working as a Military Policeman. This plot was implausible even by Reacher standards with his beating up of bad guys only tenuously related to the storyline. Well read though and still with some entertainment value.

Not usual Reacher
If this was the first time I had listened to Reacher I’d say a good
Solid story. It’s just not Jack Reacher.
Good chance it will be my last new Reacher which was co-authored.

great plot
Easy to listen too. Good plot line and twist. I liked that is was quite short. the voice was not irritating

Couldn't wait for it to be over...
I was looking forward to this book because Reacher was back in the army. The way the story was written, there was point setting it in 1992 on the army. It could have been set in 2022 when he had long retired from the army. I was expecting the long awaited "Special Investigators" story and his battle back to major. Nope. zzzzzzzz
