Too simple to be of any use in real Real Estate

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

nothing. Matt states that he uses 3 CMAs from other agents to get the right price, however says 'He' is a better agent and can sell for a higher price... then why use comps from realtors that are not very good?

Has The Real Estate Sales Secret turned you off from other books in this genre?

If they are like this then yes.

Would you be willing to try another one of Sean Patrick Hopkins’s performances?

Waste of time and money

Maybe there's something useful in this book. Not sure. But I wish I could have my time and money back.

no practical application for a real estate agent.

there is no practical application for real estate agent in this book. This is a book that is about mindset rather than application.

Save your money!

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Not much here, and the writing style was an attempt at being grandiose I think. Very short and not much substance.

Struggled to finish.

It kept referring to different page numbers and information on those pages that was never explained. It was red like I was supposed to have the book in front of me. I did not like this book at all. I will not recommend it.

Motivational simple but true stuff

Don't think you have to force client to your office. Car sales mentality. Most homeowners can't appreciate slick presentations. Good corporate stuff
