To hear a story of not the murdered victim or their family but a victim of the facade of a psychopath is something else. I highly recommend this book to anyone into true crime. Such a different kind of Ted Bundy book.

This was a super unique perspective for a well-known story. Even in parts of the book that were a tad boring I found the narration and suspense to well and truely overcome this. Overall it was great!

I found this story to be quite immersive. I couldn't help but compare someone I had known with Bundy. The toxicity, gaslighting and the abuse. I could understand the choices Elizabeth made and it allowed so much insight and raw honesty. Highly recommend.
