A good easy listen with an engaging storyline. Just wish the narrator was not so serious all the time. There were some obviously funny or light hearted moments that were narrated in an end of the world tone and lost their levity. Would still recommend though.

The character accents were very well done, not over produced or too exaggerated. The story had variety and lots of threads that were pulled together nicely

The plot and characters had a wonderful depth of complexity to them. A pleasant change from the predictable romance books out there. I listened to it via Audible and I have to make a comment about the truly amazing skills of the reader. The accents were impeccable and authentic. This was a large part of what made the book enjoyable.

This has everything. Fantastic storyline & cast of characters, drama & romance. A happy ending after some growth but not saccharin. I’m putting this author on my must read!
