Really enjoyed how the characters were developed and portrayed, very interesting story, keeping you listening for the next event.

It is not often a novel annoys me. What started off as an interesting premise became increasingly detached from reality. I had expected a ‘serious’ thriller and became disappointed. However, if you treat it as an escapist fantasy adventure, it is more acceptable. Good narration.
