Really need to concentrate when listening to this book because easy to loose track of the characters but all in all a good story

If you think this is just about a mistreated wife and an affair - think again. Yes this is at the heart of the story but with a twist.

It is also an exploration of the power of women to connect and support each other where circumstances warrant it.

Karen Cass performance was fantastic! The book wonderful and I couldn’t put it down. Whilst the twists were obvious to me the journey was delicious. Highly recommend.

Tedious, soap opera. None of the characters are likeable and the story is annoying -I just wanted it to get good (still waiting)

A good listen. It did get a bit confusing with changing names all the time, and all the male voices sounded the same however, I couldn't stop listening towards the end as it got better and better.

Whilst this book did keep me engaged, the domestic thriller angle, jilted wife seeking revenge isn't an original concept. The plot twists were entertaining but not overly exciting or unpredictable. Suzie's character is difficult to connect with, being a self centred idiot most of the time.
Karen Cass gives a great performance to the point that one could almost believe it's narrated by two different women.

I really enjoyed this book. Great characterisation and development. Very flawed main characters who you sort of liked one minute and then wanted to face slap them the next. Plot was intriguing and left you hanging many times wanting to know what happens. Definitely recommend this one. Narration was great too.
