There was a time listening to this where I had to wonder if I was just dumb.

There were lots of POV changes and time jumps and nothing really made sense. It all came together in the end but I am still irritated at having to check if this story was worth finishing as I was close to quitting. If it wasnt in audio format I would have.

That said if magical love stories are your thing this book is for you.

Wouldn't read again as it boiled down to a romance and that isnt really my thing.

This novel is 100% worth listening too! The narrator Jim Dale is absolutely perfect for the novel and suits it well! The way the author describes all the scenery, scents, tastes around the characters! Definitely worth a read!
