I own the hard copies of these but wanted something to listen to. I wasn’t sure I liked the narrator at first but he soon grew on me, and the way he does the kids was adorable!
Love the story, have already downloaded the next one. It’s a nice easy read, can recommend.

I absolutely loved the beginning of this trilogy and I just can’t wait to listen to the next two books as always the characters and the animals and the detail explaining the buildings and everything was absolutely brilliant as well as a little bit of magic in the background

What disappointed you about The Next Always?

Too much introduction. Have read many Nora Roberts's books and been impressed but this one I couldn't take.

What was most disappointing about Nora Roberts’s story?

Characters were too perfect as were their capabilities. Not prepared to keep listening in the hope the usual twists and mysteries might evolve

Did MacLeod Andrews do a good job differentiating each of the characters? How?

Yes, as far as I listened.

What character would you cut from The Next Always?

Ms Roberts would have been wiser to make this into ONE book instead of reeling it out to a Trilogy - in my opinion

I love the way she writes but this is a rehash if another story which is sad as she has a definite way with words

I love all of Nora Roberta books and have read them all several times
I could not get into this book as I don’t like the narrators voice. Unfortunately I bought the 3 books from this series before I realised that they are all narrated by the same person
