A Hilarious How to Guide To Run A Great Business
This was a fantastic book on how to run a successful salon (and I think it could be applied to any business). Especially if you dont have a business background or are new to being an entrepreneur. Lisa's sense of humour is hilarious and this made listening so much fun, I have listened to it twice!
Thank you Lisa, I am so fired up to make changes as soon as I walk in tomorrow.

Breath of fresh air
Thankyou Lisa, I thoroughly enjoyed your approach to all things salon, and the nitty gritty! Your actions and procedures to overcome common problems in the salon are amazing and very helpful! Forever moving forward I will make changes that iv taken from reading this.
