I thought it was repetitive at times but a simple uplifting book with likeable characters. References to french culture was enjoyable

I’ve just returned from France and it his book has taken me back with all its detailed descriptions from the magnificent bakery goods right down to the 90° turn in the wooden staircase. Perfectly narrated with the beautifully spoken French language where needed. ❤️❤️❤️

I got to chapter 4.

I thought the storyline was a bit weak and worn after the bookshop and the fairy tree books.

I enjoyed the first 2 books though and will try another by the Author.
