About this listen

The Mothers' Group tells the story of six very different women who agree to regularly meet soon after the births of their babies. Each woman strives in her own way to become the mother she wants to be and finds herself becoming increasingly reliant on the friendship and support of the members of the mothers' group.

Until one day an unthinkably shocking event changes everything, testing their bonds and revealing closely held secrets that threaten to shatter their lives.

The realities of becoming a mum for first time and the special kinship that can be formed in a mother’s group. Having a baby can be life changing and changes all the dynamics of life in ways you never predict. This book is warts and all of those changes and how important a Mother’s group can be. Loved this story... very moving.

I have no idea what possessed me to carry on listening to this book.

It was utter rubbish from the start.
The performance was awful done by a newsreader. Great voice but totally distracting and wrong for the book.
Disappointing all round.
Will be asking for money back.

Worst experience ever
