The story line is interesting with unite a few twists. I suspect the series still has quite a bit to reveal and I’m looking forward to the next title.

I really like the premise of these books. The storylines are intriguing, and the characters are nicely drawn. I am finding the pace a bit slow, being dragged down by too many smouldering gazes and heaving bosoms in the forbidden fruit romance between the two main characters. To me, all that unresolved tension gets in the way of a cracking good yarn.
