Psychologist Isabel Harris has come to the outback town of Riley because her husband, Dean, is assessing the hospital - the hub of the community - with a view to closing it down. It took me a few times to get into this book. I purchased it and started it, but didn't find it interesting, so would read another book. I also found the narrator's voice irritating. However pushing through once again and I started to enjoy it. A good twist at the end.
