This book is a gold nugget, feels like an epic game of dungeons and dragons, and has some great comedy. You really don’t know what’s going to happen next, doesn’t feel like it’s following a formula. And the monsters are original and freaky! Loved it and hopefully the author keeps pumping them out!

I really enjoyed listening to this book. Its creative, unique and funny characters bring the story to life. Talison created a vast magical world that drew me in and took me on an adventure of a life time. It took me a little while to get used to the narrator but he grew on me as the story progressed. I would highly reccomend listening to this book if you are a avid fatasy reader/listener. I cannot wait for the second book!
