Interesting Story
This is a true mate story featuring Dominic Asher and Pru Bristol. She forms an alliance with him for the good of the pack but things turn out vastly different than either could possibly anticipate. The story is interest enough although sometimes it seems a little superficial, sometimes it comes across like a collection of thoughts thrown together and a little disjointed due to it. I still enjoyed it enough to listen to the entire book and will consider the rest.

Fantastic story
This was the first book I have read by this author and I absolutely loved it.
Full of love, action, humor, drama and amazing characters. I will definitely be reading more in this series

Unexpected Love
I’ve not listened to this authors works before and I must say I enjoyed her story , the trials, misunderstandings, the quest for liberation and love.
The narrator did a wonderful job bringing the story to life.
I enjoyed the characters the angst snd misunderstandings and the steamy aspects of the story

Romance, with a plot
This is a well thought out start to a six book series, with each book about a different couple.
The is lots of sex (easy to skip, as it always is at the end of a chapter), but a surprisingly strong storyline too. I like that the characters are far from perfect, having flaws and insecurities, without dipping too much into the angst side of drama. A little more humour would help lift the book, but overall, it was very well done.
The narrator did an excellent job.

Great story
I loved this story with its twist and turns happy and sad hope the rest of the series is as good looking forward to reading them and to find out what happened to Slay

Hot Romance
This is another sole mates finding each other type story, it has a good story and builds characters well it sets the scene for the future story and characters well. Set in a fantasy world of shifters and demons with lots of hot sex and romance.

Could be better
I didn't enjoy the book - very superficial, even for its genre. Not much thought in writing, felt like it was a collection of ideas put together from similar books for the sake of producing some result. Even romantic scenes could not make it up for its lack of originality. And the relationship between main characters were way exaggerated. The performance was overall good.
