Best not give a 1 star ⭐️ just incase 😂. Actually overall I really enjoyed this story a great deal. It felt a little stagnant and obvious at a few points until I was proven wrong and the story pulled me back in. The story managed to come to life wonderfully and it had me properly on the edge of my seat, as our characters' fates lay in the balance. Some parts were predictable but there was always something that kept me engaged and fully emersed in this thrilling fight for survival. I'm definitely a fan of the author (Taylor Adams) now. this is his second story I've enjoyed, (the first being No Exit.) and I hope to enjoy the rest if his work too.

It was a well made audiobook. Perfect performance, well paced, good plot twists. The main twist really hurts the heart though. Definitely recommend reading/listening!

I really enjoyed this book so much I binged it! I loved the way it was written with the male and female perspectives of the same events and it surprised laughter and voiced concern out of me several times to my partners confusion while I listened with headphones for 2 days straight. A good, solid and unpredictable read.

I’m giving 5 stars not just because I’m worried about the author’s response (haha) but because it was a great book and the narration is top level. It really helped me to get out my reading slump and the story got me guessing until the last minutes.
