A book everyone should read/hear
I am close to 30 and so I knew most of the information provided in this book. However Hannah's use of statistics, stories from real people, and personal anecdotes, creates a safe and casual place for everyone who menstrates and even those who don't. I guarantee you, you will learn something. This book is better than my sex education was. It's better than Google. This should be a mandatory read for everyone.
