About this listen

Everyone is dead. All that remains is an old woman and a gymnasium full of unresponsive bodies. Each day another storm approaches, threatening to destroy the building they call home. Each night a series of nightmares leaves the woman screaming for help. Alone and overwhelmed, will the final member of the human race be thought of as a caretaker or as a monster?

The Hauntings of Playing God is a story about the possibilities each life holds. It is also a lesson about the importance of believing in something greater than yourself.

This book started to drag on about midway through, and it was a struggle to finish it. The first book of the series was quite good, but this, being the 3rd book in the series, presented no new ideas, and it was just more of the same.

Drags on and on

The author did it again with the deeply impactful emotional ending. The whole premise of this series is deeply tragic. Yet leaves with love and hope.
As this is told from a female prespective a new narrator is used and she does a brilliant job.
I look forward to trying out the rest of this author's works.
