It was a little bit like the poor man’s Pucking Around, though there was no MM action. The males connections didn’t feel very strong and they weren’t even really friends. I would have liked to see more of them bonding, even if they didn’t hook up.
Good spicy scenes and easy to listen to narrators made it a fine free listen.

As an avid reader—especially in this genre—I have to say, this book far exceeded my expectations. It’s hands down the best read I’ve had in a long time. With a deep emotional connection, a spicy and engaging storyline, and diverse, well-developed characters, there’s very little to critique here.

If I had one wish, it would be to see the ending fleshed out just a bit more—to really explore how everything unravels and ties together. But even so, this story is gripping, satisfying, and beautifully written.

I highly recommend it to anyone who loves spice with substance and a plot that tugs at the heart. 🔥💔📚
