I was concerned with all the reviews mentioning the music so I was prepared for the worst… It was actually quite uplifting and aligned with the message I thought. I listened to it at 1.1 and 1.2 speed sometimes though.
Really enjoyable book.

I really enjoyed this book it’s the first time I have been able to understand about awareness.
The Music was a distraction and unnecessary at times as it built up to a crescendo.
This book like many good movies do not need the music.
I have already recommended this book to two of my friends.

All good, this series of books is great have on a repeat cycle to reinforce the practice’s required to work on your mindset, thoughts and emotions

Uplifting

The music is so incredibly loud and distracting it overpowers the key messages of the narration. I couldn’t finish it as the music was so overwhelming. Please release a version without the over dramatic background music.

Not bad to listen to but this is nothing new. Rhonda is talking about it like it's been hidden for years. The power of now has been released for a long time now and that is very similar to this book. Still for someone who is new to being aware and being in the present moment this book is a good start
