Great book

I love the book but only one chapter is read by Tyson Fury , would love to listen more chapter with his voice .

Fantastic read

I found this a great book, not only as a boxing fan but from a neutral standpoint also, i dont suffer from mental health issues but found it a great book for motivation. Another great book tyson

Good listen and good advice

Since leaving the army in 2018 I’ve been strati find my why and struggling with certain aspects of civvy life, I’ve listen/read 10 to 15 books from David Goggins and other special forces authors and now Tyson Fury’s.

About the book

This book is how Tyson Fury makes him self happy and content with life and in it he shares how he accomplishes this.
It’s literally like a step by step guide, from training every day to shouting whoop whoop to regain mindset and keep in control.

I found the book simple enough to follow and even if I were take only 1 or 2 pieces of Tysons advice it will make me a better human being.

Deffo worth a read, Thanks Mush.

I like tyson fury but this book is repetitive

The book was OK... i was hoping for more on the fitness and weight loss aspect than whats in the book, a lot of it just repeats the same stuff on mental health which gets tiring after a while.

Meh

I love Tyson Fury but this was somewhat disappointing. Felt like it was written by a child, found it extremely difficult to stay concentrated and I was looking forward for it to end to be honest

I Really enjoyed Tyson Fury's Audible book


They say sometimes certain things in life happen for a reason.
The timing of discovering this couldn't have been any better for me.
I believe that I had to listen to this and I feel a better person for doing so.

You have definitely struck a chord with me and created some inspiration to aim to be a better person and to definitely exercise.
