Good story but some holes
Caitlin Timberlake is really narcissistic. It was all about her all the time. She fell in love with Josh within 48 hours and decided he was going to fall in love with her too. No pride in this girl and really reminded me of a love struck 15 year old who refuses to believe that the focus of her attention might not be in love with her too. Well it worked out for her but it took a long time for her too notice that the object of affection had serious problems and she hadn't noticed anything. Ok story but lacked the something from the other books in the series. Even Celeste's chicken soup for the soul quotes were getting on my nerves so I just skipped them.

Always Good
Emily March has done it again with the “First Kiss Of Spring” this book continues the rich tradition of great storytelling that has been established in the Eternity Spring series. Caitlin Timberlake is all grown up and her story of falling in love with Josh Tarkington does not disappoint. The characters are well developed and once again we as reader and listeners are invited to take part in their journey to their happily ever after as they face life challenges. Favorite characters has been revisited without overshadowing Caitlin and Josh. It is always nice to caught up with old favorites. Amy Landon has once again brought these characters to life through her excellent portrayal. If you are looking for a page turning read or a good audiobook I recommend “The First Kiss Of Spring”, Emily March is true to form and this series of books is always good.

Not great for this story
I have listened to most of Emily March stories. This one was awful it was dreary and unromantic. I was sick of Josh and annoyed at the heroine for not showing more gumption when he was especially difficult to get . There was no humour in the book which leaves the reader dissatisfied. The Matt and Ali subplot was weak. I would not bother to re-read it
