After seeing Michael Mosley on TV I wanted to look further into this diet. I've only been doing the 5:2 for a couple of weeks so far and the results are showing. This book really inspired me and gave me the confidence to start the fasting diet. It also helped that the scientific and technical stuff is explained in a way that is easy to understand. Would you consider the audio edition of The Fast Diet to be better than the print version?

As I have not read the print version of this book I am unable to say wether the audio version is better. For me, as I am so busy, I listen to audiobooks while commuting or in the car.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked that the authors were also the narrators.

This had encouraged me to give the 52 fast a go. well read with alternate speakers for each chapter keeping the content fresh

I am very interested in this diet, as it a way of life, not a forever "diet".
I'm trying to get pregnant so it is not recommended for me. But in the future I will do it for the overall health benefits.
