I quite enjoyed this book. The story and the underlying messages about family and believing in yourself were lovely. I found the female very difficult to listen to at the beginning. Her voice is very scratchy, and the way she over exerts in a stop start way is very difficult to follow. Thankfully later in the book when her character relaxes, her voice does too, making it more enjoyable and easier on the ears. 10/10 for the male voice, he was fantastic.

Not only was this story better than I was expecting - I had high expectations but Stephanie blew them out of the water!! - THE NARRATION??? Connor and Kit did hazel and Rory so good I freaking loved this duet so much.

This is one of my favourite series ever, so naturally I bought them on audio for rereads. The female narrator is good, I didn’t love her voice at first but I think it really fits Hazel. I’m not a huge fan of the way she does other characters though. The male narrator is amazing, I love his voice.
