God ordained marriage between a man and a woman for companionship, precreation, and so man would have a "helper suitable." However, God says much more in the Bible about husbands loving their wives than He says about wives submitting to their husbands.

He created marriage to be a picture of the relationship between Christ and the Church. Christ was willing to sacrifice His life for the Church, and God expects no less from husbands today.

Amazing!!! A book is for such a time as this!

Dr Scott did a wonderful job in bringing the precious truth of the word of God for such a needed and crucial subject to every believer married or not. He did so such in practical, informative, honest, gracious and above all biblical way. This book is a great compliment to the Excellent Wife book by the wonderful and dear sister Martha Pearce! Both books are a MUST read by every believer! In fact a must read by everyone. I think every high school student needs to read both books! Imagine the impact that would have on them and our society!
Thank you brother Stuart for your work, leadership and godly example… God bless you!
