All the questions answered.

Very informative. I have been reversed for a couple of years now, with lots of walking and a low fat diet, did it the hard way, then I started to put it all back on. Then I found The Obesity Code and Fasting along with Keto, as suggested in your book.
This is such a better approach.
This book is such a freeing experience. I will never be there again.

A wake up call to many of us in Western society.

I had just bought a BGL tester, did my first self test and was shocked at the reading of 19! I have read the book over 3 weeks and instigated some of Dr Fung’s strategies . Already lost 3kg and blood readings between 7 and 9. A life changer. Stopped regular reflux and anti inflammatory meds. A recommended read from an author with a reputable medical background.

Great addition to the Obesity Code

Read the obesity code first and then if your ready for more dive into the extensive examination of diabetes. What an amazing insight into our bodies and why obesity & diabetes has been such a problem in our modern society. Free yourself of the guilt and gain freedom and health in a way that you’d never think possible. A must read for everyone!!! Thank you Jason Fung for taking the time to help re-educate us in the basics of our amazing bodies and empowering us to take control of our health.

Changed my understanding of health and metabolism

For a healthy gym obsessed person like myself that stopped going for 6 months during lockdown and started snacking on chocolate and ice cream every night which then put weight on around my belly, i thought "nothing to worry about, I'll work it off in the gym".

Then one day i got really swollen ankles which scared the hell out of me as everything on google pointed to heart or kidney problems as the cause, so i went for a blood test.. my results showed that my fasting glucose level was 5.6 just enough to be diagnosed as pre diabetic and that i had high cholesterol... and I'm only 38...so i read this book and started fasting 24 hours every second day... after 2 weeks my blood glucose levels returned to normal, i dont eat any junk and low carb high fat diet.. my blood pressure is normal.. amd im waiting for another 2 months before i get another test to compare the numbers..

This is a great book...I highly recommend it for anyone, even non diabetics and just people who are interested in health....

Great book!

Great insight into fasting and food. I have already implemented and starting to see results in lose of weight and feeling better.
