I started with not enjoying the narrator her voice was a 💞💕little, well not my favourite but after listening for a wile I got over my judgement and really enjoyed the looming romance between these 2. I will listen to the next book in the series, so unlike a lot of other narrators that I don't enjoy It won't stop me for listening to this author.

I couldn’t get into it because the female narrator is so boring. Literally no character or emotion in her voice. Super disappointing because I was actually looking forward to this pls. PLEASE redo with another female narrator!!!!!

I’d probably rate the story a four if the female narrator didn’t make the character so boring, monotone and sound like she’s 40. The male narrator is good. His chapters make the story redeemable

I was so surprised about how I really liked the story... The Female narrator ruined it for me though. Monotone with little to no emotion. Their was too many characters in my opinion but I'm excited about the next story though.

I’ve not read any sports romance books and I’m a changed woman, I was hooked! I read this so fast! The Deal has a great plot, I do really like university settings and enjoy seeing characters do some mundane things. Hannah is a super likeable FMC and she felt relatable and real. Also Garrett 🥵
Both of our MC have some trauma they are dealing with and I think they were both executed very well. There were many aspects of the romance that were so sweet and cute also some spicy moments. I’m always a big fan of fun, witty banter and this certainly delivered! At times, laughing out loud!
The secondary characters were also very likeable and I’m keen to see them explored in the other books
