I’m disappointed that I just couldn’t fall in love with this. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t vibe with the characters, the storyline felt underdeveloped in parts and drawn out in other parts. The charters felt one-dimensional and underdeveloped to the point it was hard to root for them or connect with them. Maybe this just isn’t my kind of romance book because I have loved Browne’s other work.
