This is one of the most enlightening books I've ever read on parenting. It has completely changed the way I think about my children and every relationship, from my partner to my parents and work colleagues. I highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling or suffering through their parenting experience.

This showcases my entire unconscious parenthood over the last 18 years and the issues I’m currently facing with my 18 year old daughter. Even though everyone says not to be so hard on myself, I feel so guilty but at the same time I found answers to a whole lot of questions which I was searching answers for so long.
Unlike other books, Dr Shefali’s example stories really helped me to understand certain aspects of my unconscious thinking.
