About this listen
Detective Algernon Baker catches a new case in an idyllic neighborhood. The first cops on the scene figure the victim walked in on a home invasion. Alge sees extreme overkill and a lack of missing valuables. He decides that this must have been a crime of passion, and he starts investigating. Alge runs into trouble when all of his witnesses end up in the morgue. He figures a cop must be behind all of the action. Unsure who to trust, Alge decides to confide in Detective Lynn Westerfield to help him start investigating their fellow cops. Alge's girlfriend, a child psychologist, catches a case that will ultimately collide with his own.
