Nell’s life feels like it’s going nowhere and she’s stuck at a dead end. Then she receives a phone call that changes her life.

This book has love, mystery and a touch of magic. Love that is about connections to those around us- family, friends and the one who walked away. I guessed who the perpetrator was but that didn’t detract from the story because it was interesting to find out why and also to yell at the protagonists to hurry up and work it out before it was too late.
It was good that they had different voice actors to tell the different stories about what happened in the past that was affecting Nell’s life currently.
