If you're after a personal story of the Camino this is not for you.

However if you are after a textbook on improving your leadership skills then this one is moderately worth a go.

I feel the author missed the point of the Camino. That is to surrender to the Way and remember our life is not our job but the connections we make with no expectations for return.
