Insightful Guide

The author gives us a variety of insightful ideas to effectively change the way we lead. Read it once for background knowledge and a second time for growth and implementation.

Reads like a book report

This book contains very little original content. Most of the ideas are just restated concepts from other more popular books. Also, some of the "advice" around social media policies could open people up to legal ramifications. Don't waste your time on this and just go to the books he took his ideas from.
