The Boy Under the Table addressed a frightening topic for any parent and it addressed it with a perfect balance of grit, subtlety and compassion. I look forward to reading more by this author; once I have recovered from this....

I have to say that this book kept me wanting more. A believable storyline and great characters. I felt heartache for Tina, as he captured the essence of survival. This is only the second Nicole Trope book I’ve listened to, and I will be looking for more.
