Story
After a covert mission became personal, the only way elite counterterrorism operative, Alexander King, could keep his loved ones safe, and the eyes of Washington's enemies blind to his existence, was to disappear. Because she's not who he thinks she is, and the web that King is pulled into is tangled with enemies that reach the highest levels of the United States government.

Story
US Marshal Arliss Cutter is a born tracker. Raised in the swamplands of Florida, he honed his skills in the military, fought in the Middle East, and worked three field positions for Marshal Services. When it comes to tracking someone down - or taking someone out - Cutter's the best. But his newest assignment is taking him out of his comfort zone to southeast Alaska. Cold, dark, uninhabited forests that are often shrouded in fog. And it's the kind of case that makes his blood run cold.

Nobody has ever heard of ODIN. ODIN is about as secret as a government agency can get. Because within ODIN there is General Operations, which speaks for itself; ODIN 5i, which deals with intelligence gathering; and then there is ODIN 1i, which deals in operations so sensitive not even the CIA can touch them. All three are run with an iron first by The Chief, a giant with a gigantic IQ. His top agent is Alex Mason. But when an ODIN 5i agent based at the US Embassy in Manila goes missing and his encrypted laptop disappears with him, the whole ODIN structure is put in peril.

Publisher's Summary
The Project is in transition, their future in doubt. Selena Connor is no longer part of the active field unit, and she misses the action and excitement. When she's approached to translate a 13th-century Templar document written in code, she jumps at the chance. The document reveals a clue to the location of the legendary Templar treasure, lost for 700 years.
Selena and Nick Carter follow the clue to Portugal. They think they'll get in a little vacation time while they search for something to tell them what happened to the treasure. But the vacation turns into a nightmare and launches the Project team on a deadly race against time. There's something evil hidden with the gold. If the Project can't prevent it from falling into the hands of the Black Templars, a terrible darkness will descend upon the world.
Can they succeed against the odds?
