About this listen

My name is Betty Freeman. I was a working mom and pastor’s wife while raising our family. We experienced trials, challenges and celebrations and persevered through all of them. I am finally in the stage of caregiver for a loved one. This book contains many special memories and teaching moments from my 65+ years of motherhood, as well as my favorite scriptures, recipes, motherly quotes, and nurturing stories.

Let the Lord guide you in finding a recipe for each situation in life. My heart’s desire is for you to find some helpful advice from this book to guide your journey and give you some secret ingredients needed in completing the top-shelf menu for every family occasion.

Consider this my personal invitation to sit down with your coffee or tea as I share wisdom and advice I’ve learned through these precious years. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to encouraging you. May you be blessed, renewed, strengthened, and filled with joy as I share my heart with you.

Love,
Betty
