Very enjoyable
A light story, but quite enjoyable - although it sometimes becomes a little unbelievable, with a one dimensional bad guy.

I hope they adapt this into a movie!
Wonderful story, great characters. Would have loved more detail to the interactions between elderly and young characters along the journey, eg I really wanted the backpackers to divvy up and sell the meat tray around to hostel guests then offer the money to the escapees, so .y fingers are c ossed that might happen I the movie version lol. My fingers are crossed the rights are sold to a good movie producer - this really could be the next Aussie classic.
