Sleep 😴


A.H

I suffer from Insomnia, after a Brain injury. It’s one heck of an imposition on obtaining some decent Sleep 🥹.

It was by pure Chance, I came upon ‘The Atlantic’.

Finally, after downloading it, Hallelujah ! The real Sound of the Ocean, without synthetic noise !

Just the pure Waves crashing and real crickets chirping.

My Heartfelt Gratitude to the
Ecologist.
