If this series focuses on let’s say a school year and every time that same year is going to be a little different then count me in. It offers a lot of opportunities to expand upon characters and stories. Definitely giving me zero escape vibes and I’m here for every second of it. Touching upon Cassy having an “eating disorder” because before she was a magical girl she was kinda chubby is smart and it gives the audience a different perspective on her character. Like how the first book was her and Morgan meeting for the first time and growing a friendship over it. I guess book 3 will be more Jade focused since she is the third member of their team and honestly I can’t wait!

Great narration, characters, worldbuilding. I really appreciate that it cuts out a lot of the more annoying aspects of time loops (and time travel in general) by just giving its protagonist an intuitive understanding of cause and effect. The book's primary flaw is that it ended too quickly.
