Great book but a little out dated

Still heaps of good information and turning the “light back on” moments for me. With plenty of laughs as well. Would love a follow up.

what I needed at this point in time

I appreciate the level of research that went into writing this book. I lost 2 dress sizes at the start of the year following the slow care diet and plan on doing it again.

A great resource

Straight forward advice some really effective techniques and I smashed through the book in 2 days I enjoyed it so much

To address 2 things a few people said in reviews - I didn’t find the book talked in jargon though he does explain some of the science behind why for particular topics which I found really interesting (if you don’t I guess you can skip over those) and the PDF is downloadable after purchase in the audible app.

True knowledge

Excellent recommendations for eating plans and programs. Can not wait to see results. Also sex may get very interesting

Tim Ferris is a genius.

This is a must "do" life hack book. I've read twice the hard copy and also listened to this audio book. I've applied most of the protocols regarding body composition and can say they work perfectly.

Well wasnt what I expected! The story was not consistent bits and pieces of everything!
