Great strategies to be much more productive!

This is the kind of book one must really take notes on. It provides great insight in terms of how to analyze the way we spend our time and what we should stop doing that's causing us to waste our lives away... Great book!

Excellent Time Management Tips

a great review that tackles the problem followed by proof it's a problem (in case you didn't think it was THAT big of an issue) and finished off with steps to correct the problem.

Best productivity book

This book is broken down into simple, applicable strategies that are designed to be implemented one a day. I have immediately realized productivity improvements from this book and have encouraged friends to read it. One of the most helpful strategies for me is to limit my task goals for the day to the five mist important ones rather than a list a mile long. Also Ive been testing the practice if 24 min work sessions on a timer with a five minute break. This has been extremely effective. To stay off phone temptation I just switched from phone timer to The Cube timers on amazon. Love those as well!

Disappointed

Returned this book after day 3 of the plan when I realized how unoriginal and dull it was. Starting day one with an entire chapter on checking email less and it didn’t get better from there. I guess I was looking for something more inspiring and less obvious.

More than helpful...

This book was excellent and certainly got me motivated by every action. After hearing this book, I just ordered it in paperback so I could make notes and follow along, as I listen to it again. Writing information down is best for me. Breaking habits is very hard, but this book gave me a lot of useful tips and examples for making changes. Thank you for writing such a useful, step by step book for chancing habits.

take action

Having been a victim of stress and anxiety greatly due to my work routine I found this book valuable in reinforcing things that help me escape from the pit of stress. I spoke with many people about how to relieve stress and anxiety and I've read other books and articles. This book put value in my efforts already implemented to reduce stress and get back to being successful at work and happy in my personal life more of the time rather than dealing with stress. It also suggested new ideas and action steps to stay on top of a healthy lifestyle geared towards productivity which leads to an overall more happy and successful life.

Very straightforward

I like that he gave action steps and defined the bad habits so it was easier to analyze them. Also there was an a lot of fluff talk he just got to the point and gave the information.
