I absolutely loved all 3 but my all time favourite was love her or lose her . I was amassive fan of dom and my Texas crush. Tessa Bailey has a way with words and she definitely knows how to write about passion.

Good value listening with the 3-in-1 set. Reliable happy ending romance stories. They each have a strong focus on ‘personal growth’ in characters, recognising their own insecurities and being able to overcome them by finding their true love. I liked the supportive nature of the female friendships across the 3 stories. Books 1 and 3 were my favourites, although the timeline for book 3 Tools of Engagement was annoying (renovating a house in 3 weeks was an unnecessary plot fantasy). Book 2 Love Her or Lose Her was heavy on the couples therapy and relationship analysis, but a warning that some of the behaviours about protectiveness and doing things behind her back uncomfortably flagged as a potentially abusive relationship not justified by how much he loved her. But it’s a fantasy romance so of course everyone is happy in the end! Narration was well done throughout and I thought the characters really came through.

Loved all three of these stories, but especially how one of them wasn't a new-love story but working through an existing relationship and coming out the other side. Great characters. Totally sold on this author now!

… the other two went down hill from there.

I bought this trilogy as I really enjoyed another title by this author. This set I didn’t. The story of Travis & Georgie in the first of these three was good, reasonable number of sex scenes but tolerable. In the second, Rosie and Dominic are totally pathetic, I wanted to bang their heads together and tell them to get real. Never before have I used the 30-sec skip forward button so much to get past the pathos and far too lengthy soft-porn scenes.
Two out of three down and barely into number three - I give up. The weak story lines and overkill of graphic sex is not for me.
If that’s what you’re looking for… go for it.

The stories were so predictably cheesy that I was getting second hand embarrassment. I feel like the female characters were under developed and were waiting to be rescued by a man. The male characters were also presented with such a hyper masculinity that was uncomfortable to listen to.
