A sweet & humorous story. Author did very well to turn the rather pathetic Ashcroft from the first book into a likeable & charming character who grows to deserve his chance at love.

I enjoyed this book almost as much as the first. The first book made me laugh quite a bit and this book continued with wit and banter. Lucias and his internal dialogue cracked me up. I would recommend this book and the first.

A little bit different than the norm not too many over the top love scenes great love story and excellent. Follow on from the previous book. Highly recommend others well narrated.

Brava to the narrator for her interpretation and delivery of each character's personality. She did an excellent job enlivening the story which I enjoyed listening to. I will be looking into other well written stories by this author.

When you combine an author at the top of her game with a surberb narrator you get storytelling magic.That is certainly what I found in Ten Things I hate about the Duke, by Loretta Chase and narrated by Kate Redding. Cassandra and Lucius are wonderful characters, so opposite to each other on paper and yet so right for each other. She taught him how to care about his life and the people in it while he taught her how to take risks. They led each other in a merry dance and I just loved it.

Highly recommend this book. Very well written, and enjoyable narration. Didn’t think I could enjoy a book about the pathetic duke from first book, but the story really draws you in and changes your perspective.
