Den danske forfatter og samfundsdebattør Ole Hyltoft (f. 1935) er forfatter til omkring 25 værker. Hyltoft udgav sin første bog "Tør du være fri?" i 1968 og debuterede som skønlitterær forfatter med den erotiske krimiroman "Hvis lille pige er du?" i 1970. Siden har Ole Hyltoft udgivet både romaner, noveller, digte og skrevet kronikker, artikler og anmeldelser for Berlingske, Politiken og . Udover sine skønlitterære udgivelser har Ole Hyltoft i størstedelen af sit liv deltaget aktivt som samfundsdebattør. Han var i 49 år medlem af Socialdemokratiet, indtil han i 2009 meldte sig ind i Dansk Folkeparti.
